This card design exceeds the Care Quality Commision requirements for Domiciliary Care ID Cards. With it's extra large picture it provides clear identification, especially when dealing with the elderly or other groups with poor sight.
The double-sided design means that you can clearly display your company address (which also helps get the card returned if it should ever be lost).

We can change the colour of the text used on the front of the card if required, but we recommend using black text for the Name, Job Title and Issue and Expiry dates, as it is clearer to read. The rear of the card is printed in black and white.
