Authorised Child Collector Cards

Pre-school groups and Nurseries have always had to be careful and ensure that only authorised adults collect the children in their charge.    However, current methods involving forms, signatures or passwords can be inconvenient for staff to apply at busy departure times, and, if both staff and children change regularly, simple recognition cannot be relied upon.  Parents don’t always alert you in time if they can’t get there, and staff have to challenge other adults arriving unexpectedly. Sometimes difficult decisions have to be made under pressure. 

In response to this need for effective and visible authorisation, the positivID identity card bureau has developed a special dual picture identity card, with pictures of both the child and authorised adult.  There is also an optional signature strip for the manager or cardholder to sign.    The card itself is industry standard PVC, with the images melted into the surface, and can carry our unique positivID holofoil to prevent photocopying or look-alikes.

Card designs can be varied according to your requirements.   The adult’s and child’s names will be printed clearly under the pictures and there can be an expiry date if you wish.
