Verify the holders of your ID Cards

verifyThe positivID Verification program is designed to be used in conjunction with the positivID Professional identity card system.

The main uses of the Verification program will be for monitoring access to controlled areas, for Time & Attendance recording, and for administrative staff such as Fire Wardens etc.

There are two ways of using the system:

  • A simple confirmation of identity can be made by searching for and displaying the picture and details of a person who has mislaid or forgotten their id card. This is ideal for security staff wishing to verify someone's entitlement to entry.
  • A comprehensive record of entrances, exits and refusals of entry can be made for all personnel by swiping or entering their card details into the system. Refusal of entry criteria, such as card expired, can be specified and a record of refused entries maintained. All transactions will be stored on the positivID database and reports are available covering attendance details and refusals, and for a fire roster.
